Nicholas Jabbour

Despite being raised in the heart of New York City, Nick Jabbour is actually an 11th generation Lancastrian. His interest in real estate started at a young age. At the age of 14 he started working summers in his uncle’s apartment leasing and management office.

From there he went on to work as an administrative assistant to the top sales broker in New York State. It is here that he found how much he enjoyed working with people and solving problems. It was his time at this office that piqued his interest in a career as a residential real estate agent.

His problem solving skills and unique marketing techniques were easily seen, after closing nearly $5 million in volume in his first 2 years. Nick was named to the International Sterling Society and ranked amongst the top 10 Homesale agents in Lancaster County.

After a year at John Jay College in midtown Manhattan, Nick, a sophomore, decided to go back to his roots and seek a better quality of life in Lancaster County as a student at Millersville University, his mother‘s alma mater.

After falling in love with the area, two years later he decided to make Lancaster Township his permanent home.

Certified to the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications’ standard of Firefighter II, Nick is the Safety Officer of the Lancaster Township Fire Department. He was named Rookie of the Year 2003, and Firefighter of the Year 2004.

In addition, he is a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement of Lancaster County, teaching classes to local middle and high school students in economics and personal finance.

Nick is a member of the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a graduate of Leadership Lancaster, and certified by the Lancaster County Planning Commission as a ‘Master Land Planner’. He has also earned the ‘Certified Residential Specialist’ designation, awarded to the top 4% of REALTORS® nationwide.

He was recently appointed to a 4 year term as a member of the Lancaster Township Planning Commission. Nick is also intensely interested in forensics, and has served 2 years as a Lancaster County Deputy Coroner.
